The WATERBROTHER iPhone app is licensed, not sold, to you. The command-line package is offered under the MIT License published in the source repository. The website is provided for documentation. You may use the software only as allowed by these terms, Apple’s App Store terms, and any open-source licenses that ship with the code.
Free use includes chats, Apple Intelligence, on-device models, and a look at GitHub and Vercel with your own keys. Unlock is a one-time purchase that lets this iPhone edit and Ship a repo, write to Vercel, and run a Round table of chat seats. Operator is a subscription that puts your computer in this iPhone: live WATERBROTHER, a real login shell, Room, and table seats on that machine, on any OS that can run listen.
You may bring your own OpenRouter (or other) key. That usage is billed by that provider to that key. Hosted inference is optional: you sign in with Apple, we call OpenRouter on a key we hold, and we debit prepaid WATERBROTHER credits in USD. Hosted Pro and Roundtable are subscriptions. Credit packs add balance. Credits are a service credit for inference we run for you, not stored value, not a gift card, and they do not expire in this version. Default spend cap is $50 per month unless you raise it. We hard-stop hosted replies at $0 available. We do not call hosted plans “unlimited.”
US customers: Stripe may calculate sales tax when we have an active tax registration. Until then, Test charges do not collect tax. A lawyer must review the US in-app link-out before any Stripe button appears in the iPhone app. Web Checkout on waterbrother.app can exist without that button.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Unlock is a non-consumable. Operator Monthly renews every month. Operator Annual renews every year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Unused portions of a free trial, if we ever offer one, are forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Restore purchases from Settings in the app. Family Sharing applies to Unlock only. Operator does not use Family Sharing. If Operator lapses, Unlock features stay only if you bought Unlock. Attach and computer seats drop when Operator is not active.

You keep the rights to your repositories, prompts, and outputs. You are responsible for reviewing diffs, approvals, deploys, and shell commands before they run. WATERBROTHER can inspect files, generate code, and run tools you allow. Treat those actions as things to validate.
GitHub, Vercel, OpenRouter, Tailscale, Apple, and any other service you connect have their own terms. WATERBROTHER is not those services and is not responsible for their outages, bills, or policy changes.
Do not use WATERBROTHER to break the law, to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, or to violate another person’s rights. Do not attempt to evade Apple’s purchase system or share entitlements except as Family Sharing allows for Unlock. Do not share a hosted session or custody of our OpenRouter key.
The software and site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee correctness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Phillip Holland is not liable for lost data, failed deploys, or damages arising from use of the tool.
